Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) assuming stock is available.
Lifetime Warranty
Laptop Bags Central warrants to the original purchaser that its Carrying Case products are free from manufacturing defects. If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.
1-Year Warranty Information for Accessories
Laptop Bags Central is pleased to provide the original purchaser of our accessory products a warranty for defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase. If you need to make a warranty claim, please provide an original receipt, warranty card registration, on-line registration, or other acceptable documentation. Return Policy
To return any item, ship it back to our partner company - Mobile Edge - using the address details below via UPS, Federal Express or Parcel Post. Please fill out the return information on the packing slip and include it with your shipment. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, we will absorb the S&H charges of the new product to you.
